I grew up on the Gold Coast in Australia and spent my childhood years playing at the beach. During my early 30’s, I found myself divorced and ready to start over a new life. I had never been to Mexico, but have always found myself drawn to the beautiful colors and amazing food. I took a chance and booked a trip by myself to visit Mexico. I toured the Mayan ruins in Riviera Maya, visited the best museums in Mexico City, and wound up in Baja California enjoying the amazing beaches in La Ventana. I have always been interested in natural health, spirituality, meditation, and yoga. Thanks to modern technology, I have been able to work remotely as a natural healing consultant. Follow me for articles about wellness and outdoor activities to enjoy in Mexico.
